Marikay is the hardest working elected official I have ever known.
Marikay is a true at-large candidate with an at large heart for all citizens of Greensboro. From walking neighborhoods or attending meetings, Marikay is determined to make a positive difference in the lives of the people she serves.
Marikay is a hard worker for our city. I worked with her on the Greensboro MPO. She came prepared, asked good questions and voted to move Greensboro’s transportation forward.
Marikay has my support for City Councilwoman At- Large!
As a council member, she has been supportive of the efforts in Northeast Greensboro. She has been a member of the Concerned Citizens of Northeast Greensboro for many years, is a member of the Citizens for Economic and Environmental Justice (CEEJ), an owner/member of the Renaissance Community Co-op and she has advocated for economic development in our city.
